These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Apps4IOS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the CleanWise mobile application ("the App").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AS WELL AS OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APP AND IMMEDIATELY DELETE ANY COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION.
You represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement as specified by the App's rating on the Apple App Store, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CleanWise is a mobile application designed to help users identify and remove unnecessary photos, videos, and contacts from their iOS devices to free up storage space. The App provides tools to detect:
All scanning, analysis, and detection is performed 100% on-device. The App does not upload, transmit, or store your photos, videos, or contacts on any external server.
The App uses algorithms to identify items for potential deletion. These detection methods are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate and may produce false positives (marking items for deletion that you wish to keep) or false negatives (failing to identify items you wish to delete).
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Apps4IOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the App on a compatible iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not grant you any rights to future updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App, which may be offered at Apps4IOS's sole discretion and may be subject to additional terms.
You acknowledge that the App is licensed, not sold, and that these Terms grant you only a limited license to use the App under the terms specified herein.
You agree that you shall NOT:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, source code, object code, algorithms, user interface designs, and all other intellectual property rights, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Apps4IOS.
The App's name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Apps4IOS. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Apps4IOS.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App or any intellectual property rights therein, except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 3.
You are solely and entirely responsible for:
Apps4IOS shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from your failure to uphold these responsibilities.
Photos and Videos: When you delete photos or videos through CleanWise, they are moved to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album using standard iOS APIs. Items in this album may be recoverable for a limited time period as determined by Apple and your iOS settings, after which they are permanently deleted by the operating system.

CleanWise offers both free and premium subscription options:
Free Version: Allows scanning and limited deletion (up to 2 items at a time) with rewarded video advertisements.
Premium Subscriptions: Offer unlimited deletions, no advertisements, and additional features. Available as Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime purchases.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Apps4IOS does not have access to your payment information.
Subscription terms:
Apps4IOS reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
The App integrates with or relies upon the following third-party services:
These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Apps4IOS is not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Apps4IOS makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use such services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Any reliance on the App's functionality, suggestions, recommendations, or detection results is entirely at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPS4IOS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Apps4IOS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE APP IS TO STOP USING IT AND UNINSTALL IT FROM YOUR DEVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apps4IOS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms.
BY USING THE APP, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH:
You agree that you have been adequately warned of these risks and voluntarily choose to use the App despite them. You waive any claims against Apps4IOS arising from these risks.
Apps4IOS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
Apps4IOS does not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will continue to be available indefinitely. Apps4IOS reserves the right to:
Apps4IOS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App or any part thereof.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact Apps4IOS and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of arbitration applicable in Lebanon. The arbitration shall take place in Lebanon.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Lebanon for any matters not subject to arbitration.
Apps4IOS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, pandemics, cyberattacks, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, labor disputes, or any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apps4IOS regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
The failure of Apps4IOS to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Apps4IOS.
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Apps4IOS. Apps4IOS may assign, transfer, or sublicense its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. Any unauthorized assignment shall be null and void.
Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other information provided by you to Apps4IOS in connection with the App shall be considered non-confidential and shall become the exclusive property of Apps4IOS. Apps4IOS shall be entitled to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you, for any lawful purpose.
Apps4IOS reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. Users are encouraged to periodically review these Terms for any changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App immediately and uninstall it from your device.
